Neal Freeman is a seasoned golf instructor, master fitter, and industry leader with more than 20 years of experience in instruction, club fitting, merchandising, and golf operations. Known for his fun, relaxed, and highly supportive coaching style, Neal’s “Macro & Micro” approach helps golfers build confidence through fundamentals before progressing into deeper technical improvements. With a career that includes leadership roles at Bear Creek Golf Club and major accomplishments at Cowboys Golf Club—including PGA Merchandiser of the Year honors—Neal founded GolfTee Performance to stay connected to the game he loves while helping golfers reach their full potential.

Over the last 14 years, I have built a golf performance and coaching program. I have been fortunate to work with many golfers of all ages and ability levels. My program offers a wide range of golf instruction services: private lessons, a year-round junior program, adult classes, golf fitness, corporate events, on-course lessons, and club fitting.
